At our school, we are proud to support the Best Start in Life initiative, which is committed to giving every child the strongest possible foundation for learning, wellbeing and future success. We believe that a child’s journey begins long before they start nursery, and we are dedicated to ensuring that families are aware of the wide range of support available from pregnancy onwards. By working closely with parents, carers, health professionals and local services, we help families access advice and guidance to support their child’s early development and wellbeing before they begin their journey at Gwladys Street Nursery. Together with our families and the wider community, we aim to give every child the very best start in life, equipping them with the confidence, resilience and skills they need for a happy, healthy and successful future.
